KSP Trooper Hayden Phillips donations open for family

Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips, native of Russell County, KY, made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on September 28, 2026. The Kentucky State Police Foundation is accepting donations to help his family. 100% of donations designated to the Trooper Hayden Phillips Fund will go directly to his family. These funds can help with meals, household expenses, and other everyday needs as they navigate the days ahead.
