Flags at the Cumberland Parkway entry/exit at Russell Springs demonstrate the strong winds all afternoon Sunday, March 15, 2026. Weather began the day with warm, sunny 70s and plummeted to the freezing mark by nightfall. With storms predicted for overnight, early Monday morning drive time may be marked by icy patches and fallen limbs.
