Update - thanks to Ed McQuaide for sending note that KSP has reported the missing person has been found safe.

Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating the disappearance of a Pulaski County veteran, pictured above. Frank K. Coomer, 54, of Somerset, Kentucky, was last seen leaving his residence on January 10, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m. His direction of travel is unknown.

Mr. Coomer is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 151 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt, blue jeans, and boots. Mr. Coomer left his residence driving a 2009 blue Honda Civic, Kentucky license plate L8H251. Authorities advise that Mr. Coomer is currently suffering from a medical condition, and concern for his well-being is heightened.

Anyone with information regarding Mr. Coomer's whereabouts is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 11, London, at 606-878-6622 or 1-800-222-5555. Trooper Adam Childress is continuing the investigation.
