Ribbon cutting ceremony opens celebrations

Brandy and Dan Held kicked off two days of celebrations to officially open their Laurel Ridge Farm Market and Crazy Calf Lady's Kitchen in Cane Valley Friday, November 10, 2023. Saturday will be a full day of food and activities including a petting zoo mid day. At Friday's Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, from left in front, were: Ellen Zornes, Executive Director of the Columbia Adair Chamber; Bruce, Dan and Brandy Held, Tina Cook Thomas, Lefawn Nettles and Olivia Burton. In back, from left, were: Sammy Sneed, Stephen Collins, Angie Cowan, Shirley Moss and Donna Simpson.
