At the Paint the Town event last week, artist and secretary of the Adair Arts Council Karen Rowland had fun bringing Mark Twain to life. She writes - Went to chalk my square in downtown Columbia wanting to beat the heat and enjoy the Paint the Town event this evening and see all the creations around the square.
