A good season for mums in Gradyville

There will be a story in the near future about the good news of the Moss store in Gradyville being rebuilt and reopened by a new family that has moved here from California. In a recent visit I couldn't help but admire the mums in the flower box near the front entrance. Look for a truck out front with the logo name of "Pop's" and we'll have more soon. Ashley Goodin called both coach and a role model

ACHS Girls' Golf team coach Ashley Goodin says her new job is "A Calling, Not a Job" - she reflects on her lifelong passion for the sport and the people who nudged her toward this path.
"I've played golf my whole life. I love it," Goodin said. "There wasn't a team at the time, but a parent and our athletic director asked if I would consider coaching. I knew a few of the girls from basketball or their families, and I was excited to be part of developing them.
I also had a great coach myself -- my Aunt Kim."
