Neighbors' first bill, HB 130, passes house vote

The Kentucky House of Representatives entertained a vote on HB 130, sponsored by Representative Amy Neighbors (above), on February 28, 2023. The bill would expand the variety of farming equipment offered through local shared-use equipment leasing programs. Comments | Permalink
