Remembering the W.I. Ingram corner

Mike Watson shares this look back at the W.I. Ingram corner of the Columbia Public Square (where Burkesville Street enters) sometime in the early part of the last century. He writes, "It is also remembered by my generation as the Firestone Building and later Mitzi's." This picture is just one of the many treasurers in the collections at the Adair Genealogy & History Research Center.

Two of 11 puppies needing a home

First day of Farmers Market on the Square 2024

Reporting from the scene, Jackie Montgomery said this was the "biggest and busiest first Market day she's ever seen." So many are excited to have the 2024 season underway and look forward to each Saturday morning through October.
