Travel: Jacks Knob Trail

Jacks Knob Trail leads to Brasstown Bald, the highest point in the state of Georgia. It is located in the northeastern part of the state in the Blue Ridge Mountains. On the day Graham visited, the Bald was enveloped in dense clouds, but Wikipedia says that "On a clear day it is possible to see the tallest buildings of Atlanta, some 85 miles away from the summit." Adair County High School Seniors drove their favorite rides in the 2024 parade around Columbia. The tradition began during the Pandemic when out of doors was the only safe space for gathering. Since then it has been continued as a favorite way of sharing Seniors Week. Comments | Permalink
