Adair County Tourism Convention and Commission made two donations that supports events that will draw people to the county. This check represents $500 donated to the Adair County Little League. Craig Feese, at right, received the donation from Amy Mitchum, Tourism Chair, and Paige Nickel, Tourism Executive Director. the North Metcalfe Volunteer Fire Department (NMVFD) and friends and families would like to congratulate Firefighter Brian Hoggard for successfully completing the required training to become a Kentucky Certified Firefighter! This is no small task with 115 hours of coursework in both the classroom and hands-on skills environments being required, covering multiple facets of firefighting and emergency response.
