Business/Professional Woman 2024: Pam Hoots

The 2024 Chamber of Commerce Business/Professional Woman of the Year is Pam Hoots. She is pictured here holding her little niece Noraly Bruns, 2, as she accepts the award from Chamber Executive Director Ellen Zornes. Mayor Pam works tirelessly from early in the morning til on into late in the evening - driving around Columbia, with Jakky by her side - just checking that everything is alright in the town she loves. Although Columbia is Pam's hometown, she did leave for a while for work but found her way back home, and when she did, as an experienced former mayor, many asked her to consider running for office again.
