Allan Parnell, Adair County native son and former Chair of the Lindsey Wilson Board of Trustees, thanked all who attended his 90th birthday celebration Saturday evening in Louisville. His daughters and grandchildren gave him a huge party to honor his nine decades of living and giving to his family, his friends and organizations he supports, and his work family at Mister "P" Express.
