Prince Winston wins second place in dog show

The second place winner in the Summerfest celebration in Edmonton was Prince Winston a Bernedoodle. Prince Winston was escorted by Elli Blythe. Prince Winston loves going to the creek, shaking hands, playing fetch, and will sit on command. He wore a stylish patriotic bandana. Teams gather at FCA Annual Golf Scramble

15 teams came together at the Lakewood Country Club in Russell County for the second annual FCA Golf Scramble on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Proceeds from the event are used to send Middle School and High School students to FCA Leadership Camp and also provide Bibles for students and coaches in the six county area. Last year over 600 Bibles were given to athletes students and coaches. The South Central Kentucky area includes Adair, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Russell and Taylor Counties. Comments | Permalink

The Adair County Boys Varsity Basketball team won a physical game against the Green County Dragons, 42-35, in first-day play of the Lindsey Wilson Shootout.
