Reed Street, a block off the Public Square in Columbia, has been closed from the Russell Building to Campbellsville Street for pole replacement and work on the power lines. Work is being done all around town so please travel with care. Comments | Permalink

Witherspoon Hall, a High Victorian Gothic dormitory built on the campus of Princeton University in the late 1800's, was nearly torn down in the 1970s, before a campaign by students and faculty to "Save our 'Spoon" led to renovations. Comments | Permalink
