Farmer hosts voter registration drive for Co-op Champions

Taylor County High School student Hunter Farmer takes part in Co-op Champions, a program coordinated by Kentucky Electric Cooperatives. In addition to supporting their local co-ops and volunteering in their communities, each of the Co-op Champions students hosted a Co-ops Vote registration drive. Hundreds of new voters have been added to the rolls in Kentucky thanks to high school students participating in the program.

Panel of national scholars to discuss Educational Value of Sport

Four national scholars on the topic will discuss "The Educational Value of Sport" at 3pmCT on Monday, November 10, 2025, in the Norma and Glen Hodge Center for Discipleship at Lindsey Wilson University.

Panelists, from left to right, will be: Courtney Murray, an instructor of sport management at Campbellsville (Kentucky) University; Erianne Weight, a professor of sport administration at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; Lou Matz, a philosophy professor at the University of the Pacific (California); and David Hollander, a clinical professor at New York University's Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport.
