Sharon Harris, president of the Adair County Homemakers, contributed this jam cake - a Kentucky tradition - to the genealogy program, Historic Kentucky Kitchen, held Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Library. She said she and her daughter make many jam cakes around the holidays - she makes the icing and Kim makes the cakes from their perfected Kentucky recipe. Comments | Permalink
