African American History Month proclaimed by Mayor

Mayor Pamela Hoots signed a proclamation to declare February, 2020 as African American History Month. The month recognizes the role that African Americans have played in the history of the USA and in Columbia. Mayor Hoots stands beside a leading African American citizen of Adair County, Mrs. Lilly Duvall, as the proclamation was signed in honor of African American History Month. Comments | Permalink
