Adair Band Takes the Field

Adair County proudly hosted the 49th Annual Mark Twain Marching Band Exhibition on Saturday night, August 29, 2026. Fifteen marching bands came together for an evening filled with music, pageantry, school spirit, and outstanding performances. As part of the exhibition, the Adair County Band brought their 2026 production to the field with pride, energy, and determination.

The Bullpen on Campbellsville Street was packed on Friday night, August 21, 2026, the day after The Green River Band was named the 2026 Best in Kentucky winner in the Kentucky Musician or Band category, completing a remarkable run that put five musicians from Columbia into a statewide contest alongside two of Kentucky's best-known country music performers.
