Epicurean Kentuckian: Beer Bread
2020-03-19 - Central Kentucky - Photo by Pen
This recipe for Classic Beer Bread from King Arthur Flour, uses self-rising flour and the bubbles in a can of beer to get an impressive rise for such a quick recipe, and only needs 4 ingredients, which are thankfully given in both Imperial and metric measurements. The beer works out to one 12oz can, (or half each from two cans if the chef is thirsty). Comments | Permalink
