The sign says it all - let's "be the end to child abuse. It shouldn't hurt to be a kid!" April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and the pinwheels around the courthouse call attention to it. The second stop in the Columbia United Methodist Church's Journey to the Cross is on East Guardian Street - The Garden of Gethsemane. Throughout Holy Week people are welcome to drive from station to station following steps leading to Christ's death and His resurrection on Easter morning.
