Postcards from LWC: Sri Lakshmi Goriparthi

By Sabine Eastham, Director of International Student Program at LWC
We continue our series with Sri Lakshmi Goriparthi, from Hyderabad, India. She said the hardest adjustment she had to make was: "Accepting the truth about myself, my strengths, my weakness, my vulnerabilities and rendering the help and self love I need to evolve into this new person that I am, who is only much stronger, smarter, hardworking, confident, and kinder with her goals prioritized."
Best day on her calendar? "One of the many best days is May 23rd, where I delivered my commencement speech as a valedictorian addressing 8000 guests. It was the best feeling - being an international student and working my way up to be recognized and given that opportunity"
Where is the most interesting place you have been? "United States - it has introduced me to a NEW ME"
Fun Fact about you: "If you have a dog, you got a new friend - u like it or not" Sri, you are so right about this! Comments | Permalink
