Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan, center, and Fiscal Court Clerk Bridget Compton behind her, are knee deep in helping unload garbage at the Free Tipping days Friday and Saturday. Officials were helping out more than ever before due to County inmates being unable to help this year with the Covid-19. Carl Jones and Doug Riley also assisted us in helping folks unload.
