Curtis writes, "I saw the post about the Montpelier Post Office/General Store. I actually bought the sign off it when it was being torn down. We live in the old Combest house and I grew up around here, wanted it to stay in the neighborhood! My wife and I love Adair county history, and were honored when the owners agreed to sell it to us. We have it displayed proudly in our kitchen and dining room to preserve it for years to come!"
