CHOMPING MY BITS FOR LAUGHTER
(Present for my wife, Billie on our anniversary)
Send me back for a moment to my days of innocence.
"Ike" was President - flocks of free roaming chickens.
Ever so careful with each step that was taken.
Now everyone totally coming unglued in every direction.
Plow mules out in the pasture - calmly at peace, grassing.
Tractors a rarity but protective neighbors so friendly.
Scarcely an unidentified car passenger - no drug trafficking.
Sitting in my 'Man Room' - 'chomping my bits' for laughter. Comments | Permalink

Mama Cat on the job

Mama Cat doesn't need a new home but if she did, she couldn't qualify for today's request by Nan Fudge for a female kitten under a year old. Mama Cat is a female of some age, sophisticated and savvy, and is pictured here policing the sun roof atop her Franklin Ford Honda. To see Nan's request for a kitten, click 'read more'.
