Wild Lights at the Louisville Zoo

One of the largest lantern festivals in the nation took place at the Louisville Zoo in May, featuring thousands of handcrafted silk-covered lanterns aglow with more than 50,000 LED light bulbs.

Honoring Veterans on Memorial Day 2021

Floyd Fields and Willard Parnell (Uncle Sam) are a couple of remarkable men, elder soldiers. Floyd is 87 years old and Willard is 93. Willard still does a lot of fishing and is an excellent musician. He entertained at the recent Farmer’s Market opening on his harmonica. Floyd was pictured later beside a Jeep restored by Brooks Fuller in honor of his father’s military service. Gracie Parrot wins 2021 NAIA Individual National Championship

Green County's Gracie Parrott, Campbellsville University golfer, won the NAIA Individual National Championship on Friday at Rose Creek Golf Course in Oklahoma City, OK. Parrott is full of gratitude and has the intent of more improvements and wins. "God has blessed me in so many ways and I'm forever grateful for the talent and opportunities he has given me. I can't wait to continue my career next year with my team and bring home some more hardware! GO TIGERS!!"
