Cicada Killer not a Murder Hornet

Melissa writes, "When a strange, slow-flying site went across my yard recently, I had to do a closer inspection. When it landed, I saw that it was a hornet-like creature carrying a cicada. I was sure it was a Murder Hornet, but a Google search revealed that it is called a Cicada Killer! I had never seen anything like it, nor had I heard of a Cicada Killer, but it's much better than a Murder Hornet (well, maybe not for the Cicadas!)" Comments | Permalink
