If you like Indian cuisine but there's no time and no cooperative weather to drive a hundred miles for it, just make it at home. It's recommended to have two people managing all the spices and ingredients, the many dishes and kitchen chaos to avoid having the situation resemble a scene in an I Love Lucy episode.
