National Public Health Week is proclaimed in Adair County for the week of April 4-10, 2022 and these Lake Cumberland District Health Department health care heroes came together with ACJE Gale Cowan and Mayor Pam Hoots to make it official.

Fire looked big but was a small storage building

From across town, this looked to be a big fire. Thankfully it was only a storage building and no people nor homes were hurt. The Columbia Fire Department responded to the Smith Street property and was able to get it extinguished and the nearby house cooled down to prevent major damage. Comments | Permalink
