Epicurean Kentuckian: a taco salad day

Sometimes you just have to go out for a taco salad. This one from Columbia's Fiesta Mexico has fajita chicken underneath the salad ingredients, including a big dollop of guacamole, in a crunchy shell. Comments | Permalink
