Letter: Water in Columbia tastes bad
Rickie Williams writes:
Is there a target date when our water will be fit to drink again? For our 25th wedding anniversary later this month, I have thought about buying my wife Christine one of those Dolly Parton wigs...however, with as much chlorine/bleach taste/smell there is to our current supply, if I will just keep paying the water bill, her hair may look like Dolly's anyway! --Rickie Williams
