Taft Neal: Rumble strips safety solution, 'Bypass & Burkesville'

Taft Neal writes:
I believe the simplest most cost-effective way of fixing that would be rumble strips and be prepared to stop flashing sign a quarter-mile back from the intersection which would activate 10 to 15 seconds before the light actually starts to turn yellow, like many many other communities have done on dangerous intersections. This has seemed to alleviate these problems elsewhere. - Taft Neal
