Restaurant has seating for 250 inside, 50 more on patio. By Vicky Pike Friends, family and colleagues of the developers of the Black Stallion Steakhouse gathered for a soft opening Thursday evening. Welcome to my new neighbors across the road. Mike Neal and Mike Stephens, co-owners, welcomed everyone who had helped to make the new restaurant a reality.
