Sonia Jan Anderson, 80, Metcalfe Co., KY/Carter Co., TN native February 11, 1938 ~ May 24, 2018 (Age 80) She was a homemaker, member of the Edmonton Methodist Church, retired beautician, business owner, member of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary and Edmonton Eastern Star. She was a native of Roan Mountain, TN, and a resident of Edmonton, KY, at the time of her death. She was the matriarch of a large, respected family, the daughter of the late W.J. & Dora Hopson Gilbert. Her husband, Douglas Anderson, survives. She leaves 16 direct living descendants.
