Shooting defendant arraigned in Marshall Co., KY Circuit Court NOTE: Indictments/arrests/allegations are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By Det. Jody Cash, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police 1, Mayfield, KYBR>BR> BENTON, KY (Fri 16 Feb 2018) – Gabriel R. Parker, age 15, of Hardin, Kentucky, was arraigned in Marshall County Circuit Court on February 16, 2018. A Marshall County Grand Jury returned an indictment on Tuesday, charging Parker with two counts of Murder and fourteen counts of First Degree Assault.
