Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments Tue 30 Jan 2018

Indictments brought against 17 individuals from Campbellsville, Greensburg, Edmonton and Louisville, KY on charges including theft, possession, burglary, wanton endagerment, and DUI.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 30 January 2018:


  • Trena Shea Demasi (03/25/1978), Lowell Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00012. Charged with 6 counts. Count 1 - Operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 4th+ offense. Count 2 - Driving on suspended license, 1st offense. Count 3 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense. Count 4 - Obstructing a highway. Count 5 - Possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited. Count 6 - Communication device violation, 1st offense. Bond $1,500 cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, do not operate motor vehicle, no new arrests or violations.

  • Wendy R. Hicks (05/03/1981), N. Hoskins Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00013. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Henry C. Echols (05/26/1969), E. Broadway, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00014-001. Charged with 10 counts. Counts 1-10 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Eric Witt (11/13/1971), Emily Rd., Louisville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00014-002. Charged with 10 counts. Counts 1-10 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Paul R. Bailey, III (10/23/1979), E. Columbia Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00015. Charged with 3 counts. Counts 1-2 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, auto, over $500 but under $10,000. Count 3 - Theft of motor vehicle registration plate/renewal decal. Bond set at $2,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no further violations of the law, do not operate motor vehicle.

  • Steven Pilkington (01/04/1990), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00016-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Johnathon Chase Gilbert (07/26/1996), Walling Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00016-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Joshua S. Sexton (07/05/1991), Coomer Rd., Edmonton, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00017. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Tracy Cox (09/03/1977), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00018. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Giving office false identifying information. Bond set at $25,000 cash.

  • Helen R. Jefferson (10/08/1976), N. Jackson, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No.18-CR-00019. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Promoting contraband, 2nd degree. Bond set at $25,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Thor Polley (11/27/1980), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00020. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 2nd degree. Count 2 - TBUT or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no further violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Aaron B. Couch (10/19/1991), Durrett St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00021. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Unlawful imprisonment, 1st degree. Count 2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 3 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Bond set at $25,000 cash, no contact with victim.

  • Laquita M. Jacobs (01/20/1986), Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00022. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Criminal possession of a forged instrument, 1st degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,500 cash, no contact with victims.

  • Christopher Domke (07/17/1976), W. Hord St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00023. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of thw law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Christopher A. Domke (07/17/1976), W. Hord St., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00024. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, auto, over $500 but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no contact with complaining witness, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Eric J. Schorman (11/04/1984), Roberta Ct., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00025. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Possession of firearm by a convicted felon. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Ashley D. Grant (06/06/1984), Tebbs Bend Rd., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00026. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Bond set at $1,500 cash.

  • Alexandro Reyes (10/02/1987), Albert Smith Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 18-CR-00027. Charged with 9 counts. Count 1 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense, methamphetamine. Count 2 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Possession of drug paraphernalia. Counts 4-5 - Wanton endangerment, 2nd degree. Count 6 - Possession of marijuana. Count 7 - Operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 2nd offense. Count 8 - Failure to wear seat belts. Count 9 - Disregarding traffic control device, traffic light. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no driving, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
