Four month investigation by ACSO results in indictments for home invasion Three Adair County men indicted and arrested on charges related to a Home Invasion in the Breeding Community of Adair County, KY, on August 9, 2017. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. From Adair County Sheriff's Office On August 9, 2017, Deputies responded to a reported home invasion in the Breeding Community of Adair County. Upon arrival, deputies discovered several items including guns, knifes, and a vehicle had been stolen. Preliminary investigation determined one victim had been assaulted and three men total had items stolen. Following a four month long investigation by multiple deputies involving multiple crimes of similar theft and burglaries, The Adair County Sheriff's Office presented charges to The Adair County Grand Jury against three following three men:
