By Mike Watson

There has been an excellent response to the Adair County Book Event, November 4, 2017, at the Adair County Public Library, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with nine commitments at this stage and we are anticipating - and hoping for - many more.

To date the following regional authors are expected to be in attendance that day, with more to be added to the list very soon: Tim Roy, Chris Rowe, Gwinda Bond, Darlene Campbell, Trudy Howell, Gina Zias, Dennis Crump, John M. Brown, Mike Watson.

Information on each author will be forthcoming, including the items available for purchase that day.

This is an outstanding event for our town and county and a great opportunity to meet some of the people who "bleed words onto paper" in an effort to encourage the world\'s greatest pass time: READING. --Mike Watson
