Joyce Coomer: How easy to be duped by 'gluten free' label

I find it amazing how easily consumers are duped by advertising and manufacturers. Unless a food is made from a grain source (wheat, barley, etc.) it should not contain gluten at all . . . sticking a "gluten free" label on apple cider vinegar, potato chips, canned yams, etc. is nothing more than a marketing ploy.
