Billy Joe Fudge: Bibles for Brother Sam's Ministry Columbians are aiding ministry in Africa with badly needed Bibles and Christian Literature. Readers can help. Click on headline for how and more about the ministry of Brother Sam Tindimwebwa By Billy Joe Fudge For Where He Leads Me ministry Brother Sam Tindimwebwa is a minister of the Good News of the Grace of God in a slum area of Kabale, Uganda. Among other facets of ministry, he has a neighborhood walking ministry with about 100 households involved. Out of the 100 households only about 5 could afford or owned a Bible and that, I thought, was an impediment the good folks of South Central Kentucky might be able to remove. So, on Brother Sam's behalf and on behalf of the Word hungry folks of Kabale, I would like to thank the good folks at Joy Ministries in Columbia for donating 70+ Bibles, 3trees Church for donating Children's Storybooks and money to help pay for shipping. Also, Mike & Dr. Laura Harris for lending the 501c3 status of Where He Leads Me Ministry for tax deduction purposes and money to help pay for shipping and others for helping make this first shipment possible. The cost of shipping to Kabale is over $7.00 per pound. Books are very heavy. We have more Bibles and more Bible Storybooks to ship. Should it be laid upon your heart to help or your church would like to help folks who cannot help themselves, you can make your check to: "Where He Leads Me Ministry" This story was posted on 2017-07-20 02:56:48
