She was a retired Health and Physical Education in the Taylor County School system. Her husband of over 60 years, Fred Waddle, survives. She leaves two direct living descendants. She was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

Shirley Ann Caulk Waddle of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Omer Caulk and Lyda Huston Caulk was born December 1, 1936 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 6:06 P. M., Friday, January 20, 2017 in Elizabethtown. Age: 80

Funeral services will be at 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Bro. Dan Durham and Dr. James Jones. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, 200 Block of West Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, January 23, 2017, at the funeral home.

Shirley Ann Caulk Waddle was the daughter of the late Omer Caulk and Lyda Huston Caulk. She was born December 1, 1936 in Marion County, KY.. She died Friday, January 20, 2017 in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 80 years, one month, and 19 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.

She was a retired Health and P.E. Teacher in the Taylor County School System.

She united in marriage to Fred L. Waddle March 24, 1956.

Besides her husband, Fred L. Waddle of Campbellsville, KY, she is survived by:
  • One daughter and son-in-law: Ann Logan and Bill Edwards of Campbellsville, KY

  • One grandson: Logan Edwards of Elizabethtown, KY

  • Her beloved fur babies: Izzy and Heidi

  • And many other relatives and friends
