Hey Ed, We're on the way home!! - Fred

Happy Event: Chief Cross leads escort for William's return

2016-10-14 - Coburg, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com (c).
Columbia Police Chief Jason Cross led the escort welcoming William Rowe back to Adair County, as a Columbia Fire Department blocked Heartland Parkway traffic to give the caravan a clear road ahead to Keltner Road, past Rowe Farm's to the home of William Rowe and his parents, Fred & Bridget Rowe. William was just anxious and happy to be home. - ED WAGGENER
