Green County Grand Jury returns indictments 8 Jun 2016

Indictments brought against 4 individuals from Greensburg, Campbellsville, and Paducah, KY for charges including possession of forged instrument, welfare fraud, receiving stolen property, and persistent felony offender..

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 8 Jun 2016:


  • Brandon Moss (5/31/1980), Aetna Grove Church Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00012. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender, Second Degree. Bond set at $1,000/Cash.

  • Lisa A Snow(02/04/1973), 126=5 Roachville Road, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00013. Charged with 1 counts. Count 1 - Welfare Fraud (Commencement of Proceedings for Enforcement. (Class D Felony. Bond set at $1,000 cash.

  • Harley Fisher (09/08/1993), County Park Road, Paducah, KY. Indictment No. 16-CR-00011-001. Charged with1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000 (Class D. Felony) Bond set at $2,000 Full Cash. No contact with complaining witnesss.

  • Jon Edwards (12/27/1993), Russell Avenue, Greensburg,KY Indictment No. 16-CR-00011-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, under $10,000. (Class D Felony) Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender.. Bond set at $5,000 full cash. No contact with complaining witness.
