Wetness of 7-County area: Cumberland precinct is wet for winery Jeff Johnson writes: Ed, I am commenting on the 'wetness' of the 7 county area. Cumberland County is not all the way dry. A precinct recently went wet for a winery on Norris Branch road to get a license for wine only.
