LWC Women's X-Country finishes 3rd, Shawnee State meet Elena Oslund and Maria Cozzens both finished in the top 10 By Charles Balcom PORTSMOUTH, Ohio - The Lindsey Wilson women's cross country team put together a third-place finish at the Shawnee State Invitational on Friday evening, September 12, 2014, at the Earl Thomas Conley Riverside Park. Ally Davis placed 19th with a time of 21:05 while Mia Cornette finished in 23rd at 21:22. Abbie Chandler, Breana Conway and Sara Canada were the final Blue Raiders to score points finishing 25th, 27th and 29th, respectively. Cozzens, along with Kaitlyn Davis who finished with a time of 22:41, both set personal bests in the race. Shawnee State (Portsmouth, OH) won the invitational after scoring an event-low 20 points with a total time of 1:34:41.
