Campbellsville Police make meth arrests on Cedar Street After numerous complaints of possible drug activity at 107 Cedar Street, Campbellsville, KY. Officers with the Campbellsville Police Department went to the residence to investigate. Jessica Swartz age 32 of 107 Cedar Street, Campbellsville, KY, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth). Three other people at the residence where also arrested on outstanding warrants. Shayla F. McAllister age 31, of Campbellsville, KY. Timothy Ulsh, age 38, also of Campbellsville, KY, and Brandon Ballard, age 32, of Loretto, KY, were all lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center. - From Campbellsville Police Department.
