Injury collision in Casey Co., KY: Vehicle hits parked semi Westbound vehicle strikes semi parked in WB lane of KY 70 and overturns. Accident scene 10 miles west of Liberty, KY on KY 70 By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, KY - Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer Adam Davis is investigating a collision that occurred Thursday, May 9, 2013, 10 miles west of Liberty on KY 70 at 4:32amET. 62-year-old Ronnie Davis was operating a Semi truck with a flatbed trailer that was parked in the westbound lane of KY 70 while being unloaded. 23-year-old Leticia Richardson of Liberty was traveling west on KY 70 and struck the trailer ramp of the flatbed and overturned. She was transported by Casey County EMS to the Casey County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It is unknown if seatbelts were in use.- TFC WM.
