Lindsey Wilson Men's Basketball takes co-3rd national title

2012-13 team's season ends with top finish ever in NAIA participation; second most wins in history; and becoming only 7th Kentucky team to reach the national tournament's semifinal round

Lindsey Wilson College men's basketball team received NAIA co-third place trophies Monday night, March 18, 2013, after losing 80-64 to SAGU (Waxahachie, TX) at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, MO.

The Blue Raiders finished the season 32-5, the second most wins in program history. It was the first time the Blue Raiders had advanced to the semifinals of the NAIA national tournament. LWC is the seventh Kentucky school to reach the 76-year-old tournament's semifinal round. Information from Lindsey Wilson College
