GRAS open house is March 25, 2013

Celebrates four county participation with Taylor, Green, and Casey joining Adair County in the operation of the animal shelter

There will be an open house and cookout at the Green River Animal Shelter, 455 Jim Blair Road, Columbia, KY, 11am-2pmCT/12pm-3pmET, on Monday, March 25, 2013.



The event is hosted by Adair CJE Ann Melton, Casey CJE Ronald Wright, Green CJE Misty Edwards, and Taylor CJE Eddie Wright. During Monday's open house, visitors will have the opportunity to meet dogs and cats available for adoption, and learn about spaying/neutering services available.

Green River Animal Shelter (GRAS) has become a home away from home for missing and stray pets in the four counties. Everyone in Adair, Green, Casey, and Taylor Counties are invited to attend. - Jerri Nixon
