Additional right of way is needed for Tutt Street Sidewalks. - CM

Jimmy Harper writes:
The right of way on Tutt Street is fifty feet /25 either side of center line from burksville street to Delmer Upchurch old house. Then 30 feet ft/ 15 ft either side of center line to 55 Sonic. Hence no right of way to install sidewalks. Thanks ed jimmy harper. --jimmy harper
