Funeral services will be Thursday March 14, 2013 at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Steve Pescosolido officiating. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 3pmCT/4pmET, Wednesday, March 13 2013, at the funeral home. Dottie C. Booker, Adair County, KY (1934-2013) She was born Wednesday, September 19, 1934 in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Ruth Rogers Coffey. She died Monday, March 11, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 78 years, 5 months, and 22 days. She was the widow of Lloyd Booker who preceded her in death on August 30, 2006.
